This exclusive program is for Defense Contractors that subcontract to Native American-Owned businesses at any contracting tier. The IIP provides those who subcontract to Native American-Owned businesses a 5% rebate for each dollar of business subcontracted to an Indian-Owned firm, provided the items supplied by the Native American-Owned business are Military Specification (Mil-Spec) items.
